AIIM Michigan Board Biographies
CINDY GEOFFREY, PRESIDENT
Cindy has been an active AIIM member and volunteer for over 17 years. She
has served the Michigan AIIM Chapter as President in 1994-1996,
2001-2003, 2005-2008 as well as other Officer roles. Cindy has an extensive
Enterprise Content Management background and has worked with several industry leaders.
She has been employed within
Kodak' s Document Imaging Group for 14 years and 2 years within Health Imaging.
She is currently an Enterprise Content Management Sales Specialist for IBM.
Cindy was honored at the National AIIM Conference in 2008 with the AIIM
Distinguished Services Award.

STEVE POLASKY, TREASURER
Steve has been a member of AIIM since 1995. His past AIIM activities include
past chapter president, newsletter editor, assistance with 2 Michigan
symposiums, and extensive membership database work for the Michigan Chapter. He has been involved in
providing business solutions in the areas of CAD/CAM, Automated Voice Processing
and Document Management since 1985. Steve is currently a senior consultant with ImageSoft, Inc, based
in Southfield, Michigan, working on production image capture and workflow applications

GREG LAVIGNE, 1st VICE PRESIDENT
Greg is a new AIIM member, but has been involved in the Information
Technologies Industry for over 20 years. Greg is currently working at Data Direction Inc.,
a local data processing service company. He is responsible for
implementation of new technology as well as customer development and project
management. Greg has a Bachelor of Electrical and Computer Engineering

ADAM WILBURN, 2nd VICE PRESIDENT
Adam Wilburn, is employed at NuSoft
Solutions, Inc. in Troy. He is a past Manager with Plante &
Moran, and has over fourteen years experience in the information technology
industry. His prior experience includes application and system selection,
implementation, technology management, and development in a variety of
industries. Mr. Wilburn has particular expertise in web and client/server
based software and solutions, including a number of collaboration and document
management solutions. Before joining Plante & Moran, Adam was a partner in
a mid-sized technology solution provider. He has a B.A. from Wayne State
University in Accounting and an M.B.A. from Lawrence Technological University. Adam is a Microsoft Certified Professional and is certified by AIIM as an
Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and Electronic Records Management (ERM)

KATHY SQUILLACE, SECRETARY
Kathy has been an AIIM member since 1998 and has served on the board for 6
years. She has held several Board positions within the AIIM Michigan
Chapter. Presently, she is serving as the Secretary. For the last
seven years, she has gained extensive Business Processing Outsourcing experience
within the Content Management industry across multiple vertical spaces.
Most recently, she is a Business Development Manager within the Outsourcing and
Consulting Group at Kelly Services providing BPO solutions.

KEN CLEARY, DIRECTOR
Ken is currently a Principal Engineer at ImageSoft, Inc.,
and has been with them since December 2006. His responsibilities
include requirements gathering, technical design, and development. Prior to
ImageSoft, Ken spent 11+ years in the telecommunications industry working as a
technical lead for internal software implementations. He graduated from Central
Michigan University with a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration
in Management Information Systems.

R. RAVI SHANKAR, DIRECTOR
Mr. R. Ravi Shankar is new to the AIIM Board in 2006. R. Ravi Shankar has
a Master Degree in Management from National Louis University, Evanston, Illinois
and is a Senior Sales Executive at HTC,
responsible for the Publishing business and Business Process
Outsourcing (BPO) services. He has been an AIIM member since 1993.
Mr. R. Ravi Shankar brings extensive experience to HTC, specifically in the
areas of document management, content creation, data conversion, customer
relationship management, back office operations and management, and web

STEVE MAAS, DIRECTOR
Steve Mass became a member of the AIIM Board in 2007. Steve has worked with
large scale Imaging and Workflow systems for the past 11 years, leading both
development and support teams. Systems that Steve worked with involved hundreds
of thousands of scanned images per day, complex workflow systems, and large
archive systems with both optical and magnetic storage. Prior to working with
imaging and workflow systems, he worked with mainframe and client/server
database systems. He has worked for the same bank for 23 years, though it has
changed its name from Standard Federal Bank to LaSalle Bank Midwest and now to
Bank of America. Steve has a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Western Michigan

ALEX GOOD, DIRECTOR
Alex Good became a member of the AIIM Board in 2007. Alex has 18 years of
service with Electronic Data Systems (EDS) Corporation. He has extensive
experience working in the IT/IS field spanning multiple industries with an
emphasis on Operations, R&D, Project / Program Management, and Executive
Leadership. Currently, Alex manages a team of ECM Consultants within the
EDS Consulting Services organization focusing on document management, image
management, content management, and reports management. Alex has a M.B.A in
Strategic Management and a double major bachelor's degree in Computer
Information Systems and Leadership from Davenport University. He is
currently working as an ECM Practitioner and is working on his ERM Practitioner certification.
Alex is also a member of the Project Management Institute.
EDS Content Management
HARRY CAROLLO, DIRECTOR
Harry has been an active AIIM participant for over 7 years.
He is
currently employed as an Enterprise Content Management IT Specialist in
IBM's software group working primarily within the Great Lakes region sales
team. Prior to IBM Harry has been employed at Open Text and FileNet
working with customers and prospects in bringing enterprise content
management solutions to market as a product manager as well as solving
customer needs as a technical solutions consultant. Prior to working
within the ECM space Harry was part of Ernst and Young's management
consulting practice within the critical technologies group. He has a B.A.
from Michigan State University in Telecommunication with an emphasis in
Information Technology.
