Ken Congdon is the document and content management editor for Integrated Solutions and Business Solutions, magazines produced by Corry Publishing, Inc. (Erie, PA). For Integrated Solutions, he writes feature stories, case studies, and technology trends articles designed to educate IT decision makers about technologies and applications that drive business performance. He writes similar editorial for Business Solutions, a channel publication, to help VARs (value added resellers) and systems integrators increase profits by integrating complementary technologies. In both capacities, Congdon focuses on hardware and software used in imaging, forms processing and other document- and data-intensive processes. He regularly attends trade shows, participates in conferences, and visits the headquarters of technology vendors. Congdon also organizes the annual Channel Connection Awards presented at the AIIM Conference and Exposition.

Prior to his employment with Corry Publishing, Congdon spent two years as a marketing manager for American International Relocation Solutions, and five years as a marketing campaign specialist for Adelphia Business Solutions in Pittsburgh. In these roles, Congdon was responsible for writing and developing sales collateral, print and radio advertisements, press releases, product information, and investor relations materials.

Congdon graduated cum laude from Duquesne University with a B.A. in Journalism.
